    Hi there! I’m Elanna, Certified Health Coach and creator of ThatLushLife.com. It’s a website I created to share healthy recipes, tips, and resources with clients and loved ones. I’ve been a self-proclaimed health nut since 2009 when I had to change my diet in order to solve some digestion issues. This meant more clean, green, and whole foods. Instead of being bummed about all the veggies I had to eat, I had a completely life changing experience where I WANTED to eat healthy because it made me feel GOOD and feel ALIVE.     What is a health coach?
    Unlike a nutritionist or dietician, I take your work satisfaction, stress levels, relationships, and social life into account when designing a program to tackle your main health concerns and goals. We begin by improving your diet, but also take steps to up your self-care and exercise practices by integrating gradual lifestyle changes.
    So you're not a doctor?
    Nope! I am not a medical doctor, dietician, nor nutritionist. I recommend checking in with your doctor anytime you make a major shift or change in your diet. While everyone can benefit from more fruits and vegetables, there may be certain foods you should avoid that I'm not aware of.
